30020 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 30020 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the 30020 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.
Use of the 30020 platform is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are located in jurisdictions where participation in the online entertainment activities offered is permitted. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not authorised to use this platform. 30020 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility is in doubt.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 30020 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 30020 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 30020 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported any unauthorised access to our support team.
Users are required to keep their personal information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly details related to identity verification and bank accounts used for withdrawals. Failure to do so may result in delays in processing withdrawals or temporary restrictions on certain account functions.
Identity Verification
30020 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID or passport) at any time as part of our security and compliance procedures. Verification may be required before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, or when unusual activity is detected on your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 30020 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities that may compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other users:
- Using automation software, bots, or any non-manual method to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to exploit bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Engaging in any activity that could be considered fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct through this platform.
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform, its servers, or related networks.
Any breach of the above rules may result in disciplinary action, which can include a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure. Any credit balance remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the 30020 platform complies with local laws applicable in their area of residence. 30020 is not liable for any legal consequences faced by users as a result of accessing the platform from jurisdictions where restrictions may apply.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 30020 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX (online banking), TNG eWallet, and local bank transfers. Successful deposits will be credited to your account wallet upon confirmation from the payment service provider.
Deposit Terms
Deposits made into a 30020 account are for platform use only. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and originate from a legitimate source. 30020 reserves the right to place deposits on hold pending further verification if suspicious activity is detected.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the 30020 account holder. Processing times typically range from a few hours to one business day, depending on the selected method and verification requirements. 30020 reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
Bonus credits received through promotions may be subject to separate wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawals are processed. The specific conditions for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The 30020 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly, 30020 does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free of errors, or fully secure against cybersecurity threats.
30020 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of credits due to technical disruptions, device damage, or unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence.
In the event of a dispute, 30020's maximum liability to any user is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. This limit does not apply in cases of wilful fraud on the part of 30020.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 30020 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 30020 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, reproduce, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 30020.
Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Changes to These Terms
30020 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.

The 30020 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. 30020 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, unless otherwise agreed upon by mutual consent.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the maximum extent possible to reflect the original intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
